These Terms constitute the general terms and conditions for exhibitions managed by ARTE MUSEUM LASER & LIGHTS SHOWS L.L.C. which is a Limited Liability Company registered in the United Arab Emirates and have its registered office at: Unit TDM-SF-159، Second Floor، The Dubai Mall، Dubai، United Arab Emirates.You can contact ARTE MUSEUM LASER & LIGHTS SHOWS L.L.C. by calling its Customer Service department or by sending an email to: Info-db@artemuseum.com Any ticket Order placed on our website https://dubai.artemuseum.com/ or (Order) and viewing guidelines of ARTE MUSEUM DUBAI will be exclusively governed by these Terms which we recommend that you read carefully.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF SALE

Benefits to which tickets are entitled: Tickets give the right of access to ARTE MUSEUM DUBAI. ongoing exhibitions.

PERIOD OF VALIDITY OF TICKETS ISSUED

Each ticket issued is valid only for the date indicated on it.

AVILABILITY OF TICKETS

The Customer is informed، in real time، when placing an Order، of ticket availability.

TICKET PRICE

The site offers several prices depending on the type of ticket, points of purchase (online/onsite)، and the age or status of the beneficiary of the entrance fee.

The prices for visits or exhibitions are those displayed on the ARTE MUSEUM DUBAI website at the time of the Order.
The total price at the time of validation of the Order is the final price, including all taxes.The prices of the visits and the total price of the Order are indicated in United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).

ARTE MUSEUM LASER & LIGHTS SHOWS LLC. reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, run internal promotions or contests on site and online.

ORDERING TICKETS

The online ticket Ordering procedure consists of the following steps:

  1. The Customer selects the ticket(s) of his/her choice: For each ticket, the Customer chooses, if applicable, the day and time slot of the visit, and the type of the ticket.
  2. The summary of the entire Order is displayed.
  3. Where payment is refused by the payment center, the Order is automatically cancelled.
  4. Any payment of the Order by the Customer constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of the Order.

Payment transaction

The Customer's bank account is debited for the amount of the Order as soon as the transaction is accepted by the payment center.

Invoice

Upon completion of the transaction, the Customer will receive a receipt of the transaction with the confirmation of the Order by e-mail.

USE OF TICKETS

All tickets are systematically checked at the entrance to the site.
This control consists of scanning the barcode written on the ticket (numerical code).Only tickets with a QR code and perfectly legible wording will be accepted.
It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure on the day of the visit that:- the ticket has a QR code and perfectly legible information (e.g. type of ticket, booked time of visit, and more),(Online: ADULT, Child, Senior, Family, Student Group / On-site: ADULT, Child, Senior, Family, POD, POD Companion)Partially printed، soiled, damaged or illegible tickets will not be accepted.

SPECIAL PRICE

Only the following valid documents will be accepted as proof of reduced price: those eligible for special pricing such as children, senior citizens, and People of Determination are admitted upon verification of ID.
If special pricing is purchased by a person who is not eligible for special pricing and cannot be exchanged or refunded, admission may be denied.
The ticket is only valid for the visit and the date indicated on it.

‍ARTE MUSEUM LASER & LIGHTS SHOWS L.L.C. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY ENTRY TO THE SITE IN THE EVENT OF YOUR PRESENTATION OF A TICKET IN BREACH OF THESE TERMS.

FRAUDULENT USE OF TICKETS

It is strictly forbidden to reproduce، duplicate or counterfeit a ticket in any way whatsoever. The reproduction of a banknote is prohibited and would not provide any advantage.
Any person who illegally reproduces a ticket and/or uses a counterfeit ticket may face civil and criminal liabilities.
ARTE MUSEUM LASER & LIGHTS SHOWS L.L.C. will deny access to the site to any bearer of a ticket with a QR code that has already been scanned.

CONDITIONS OF REFUND AND EXCHANGE OF TICKETS

Any ticket issued may not be exchanged or refunded, except in the event of cancellation by ARTE MUSEUM LASER & LIGHTS SHOWS L.L.C 0f the service to which the ticket entitles the holder to under these Terms.
Cancellation is excluded when it results from a case of force majeure as defined below.In the event of cancellation by ARTE MUSEUM LASER & LIGHTS SHOWS L.L.C. of an event or exhibition, the Customer Service department will contact the Customer as soon as possible by e-mail or SMS to inform the Customer of the cancellation and the Customer will be offered the option:- either, if possible, with the same ticket, the postponement of the service concerned to a different day and/or time(s),or- the reimbursement of the ticket concerned, specifying the terms and conditions.
Any request for an exchange and/or refund of a ticket must be made to the Customer Service department whose contact details can be found on the website: https://dubai.artemuseum.com/

VIEWING GUIDELINES

  • Visitors must adhere to the viewing guidelines of ARTE MUSEUM DUBAI.
  • Visitors are responsible for any damages or losses if the viewing guidelines are not followed.
  • Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited at the venue. Violation of this rule may result in intervention by security and potential involvement of the police. Offenders will be held responsible for any infractions.
  • If you intentionally disrupt the exhibition or disturb other visitors, you will be asked to leave and no refunds will be given.
  • Re-entry is not permitted.
  • Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside of museum, and those caught will be asked to leave without refunds.
  • If you have allergies, please make sure to inform the ticket office and tea bar staff about your allergies, especially to nuts or dairy products.Visitors are responsible for any underlying health issues that occur due to not providing allergy information.
  • Please refrain from touching or leaning on exhibits. Non-compliance may result in damage to property or artworks.
  • The venue consist of mirrored walls and floors. Running can result in serious injury.
  • Please avoid running at all times, given the dim settings of the venue.
  • If a visitor's negligence results in damage to the property of ARTE MUSEUM DUBAI, the visitor may be held liable for compensation.
  • We recommend that pregnant women, elderliy people, and those with low light tolerance have a guardian accompany them for their safety and comfort.
  • "Individuals with a history of medical conditions, including but not limited to stroke, panic disorders, heart disease, and seizures, are advised to exercise caution during their visit.
  • All food and beverages, including water, gum, and candy are prohibited throughout the exhibition.
  • Children aged 13 and under may enter with a parent or guardian, the guardian is responsible for keeping the child safe during the visit.
  • In the event of damage or destruction caused by a child's negligence, or if a child is injured, the parent or guardian is liable.
  • The exhibition is infused with harmless scents that match the artworks.

FORCE MAJEURE

ARTE MUSEUM LASER & LIGHTS SHOWS L.L.C cannot be held responsible for any non-performance due to a case of force majeure, including, but not limited to, war, rioting, uprising, interruption in transport services, fire, computer failure, interruptions in telecommunications (including, but not limited to, networks and the Internet), flooding or natural disaster, for any reason whatsoever, government or legal restrictions.

RECORDS

The computerized registers، kept in the computer systems of ARTE MUSEUM LASER & LIGHTS SHOWS L.L.C or any of its service providers، under reasonable security conditions، will be considered as proof of the sales contract، its date، Orders and payments that have been made. The archiving of Orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium in such a way as to correspond to a faithful copy، in accordance with all applicable laws.

PERSONAL DATA

ARTE MUSEUM LASER & LIGHTS SHOWS L.L.C only process the Customer's personal data as set out in ARTE MUSEUM LASER & LIGHTS SHOWS L.L.C Privacy Policy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ARTE MUSEUM LASER & LIGHTS SHOWS LLC is not responsible for and will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any cost, claim, action, damage or loss suffered or incurred by the Customer arising out of or in connection with:

  • any act، omission، default or fault of the Customer،
  • any act، omission، default or fault of any third-party,

force majeure

  • any error arising out of or in connection with Order processing or printing of print-at-home admission tickets,
  • any negligent act or omission arising out or in connection with the loss، theft or the illegal use of the print-at-home ticket,
  • any matter or thing arising out of or in connection with the use of the internet network (including, without limitation, the loss of data, interference, viruses or interruption of service), and
  • any matter or thing arising out of or in connection with the cancellation or postponement of a programmed event at ARTE MUSEUM LASER & LIGHTS SHOWS LLC.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The Customer and ARTE MUSEUM LASER & LIGHTS SHOWS L.L.C acknowledge and agree that these Terms together with the documents referred to therein constitute the entire agreement between them. Each of the paragraphs of these terms and conditions operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful، the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Emirate of Dubai.
