Who is eligible for the discounted rates?

- Children aged 4-17 are eligible for a CHILD rate.
- Seniors aged 60 and older are eligible for the SENIOR rates.
- Student discount is only applicable for group visits (50+ people) with a valid student ID.
- Persons with disabilities (POD) get free admission, though additional charges apply for access to Tea Bar and VIP tickets.
- POD companions are eligible for a COMPANION rate.

Please note that the discounted rate is applicable to the eligible person only, and duplicate discounts are not available.

Do I need to make a reservation?

While tickets can be purchased on-site at ARTE MUSEUM DUBAI, we recommend making an advance reservation online as priority for admission will be given to those who have made an advance reservation in case the exhibition hall is crowded.
