Arte Museum Dubai is open year-round.
• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with last entry at 10:00 PM.
• Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM, with last entry at 11:00 PM.
Arte Museum Dubai is on Level 2 of The Dubai Mall, opposite Galeries Lafayette, in Downtown Dubai.
By metro, take the Red Line to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall station and follow the covered walkway into the mall. By car, use The Dubai Mall’s parking; valet parking is available on the Ground Floor. Taxis and ride-hailing cars drop off at the mall entrances.
The museum is busiest from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. For a quieter visit, come in the morning or after 9:00 PM.
Most guests spend about 90 minutes. There is no time limit, so you can stay as long as you like during opening hours.
The museum is occasionally closed to general admission for private events. Any other changes are posted on the ticketing page before the date.

The VIP ticket is AED 269. Seasonal offers are shown on the ticketing page when they are running.

• Children aged 4 to 17 pay the Child rate.
• Guests aged 60 and over pay the Senior rate.
• Families booking 3 or more tickets pay the Family rate.
• Students and groups of 20 or more pay the Student and Group rate.
• People of Determination enter free, and their companion pays the Companion rate.
Please bring a valid ID, as it is checked at the entrance. A discount applies only to the eligible guest and cannot be combined with other offers.
You can buy tickets at the museum, but booking online is recommended. When the exhibition is busy, guests with a reservation are admitted first.
The Arte Tea Bar is a teahouse at the end of the exhibition, where media art is part of the setting. The Admission + Arte Tea Bar ticket includes entry to the Tea Bar and one drink.
The VIP ticket includes admission, a guided tour with a docent, access to the VIP lounge, priority entry, the Arte Tea Bar, bottled water and two souvenirs from the Arte shop worth AED 150.
Tickets are non-refundable. If your plans change, contact us before your visit date and we will advise what is possible.
Yes. The whole exhibition is wheelchair accessible. Strollers are welcome. People of Determination enter free with a valid ID.
Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult throughout the visit.
Yes. Photography and video for personal use are welcome throughout the exhibition. Please do not use flash, tripods or professional equipment without prior approval.
No. Food and drinks, including water, chewing gum and sweets, are not allowed inside the exhibition. Drinks are served at the Arte Tea Bar.
No. Re-entry is not permitted once you have left the exhibition, so please plan your visit in one go.
Pets are not allowed.
The exhibition uses low lighting, mirrors, moving projections, sound and harmless scents. Pregnant guests, elderly guests and anyone sensitive to low light should visit with a companion. Guests with heart conditions, seizures or panic disorders should take care. For safety, running is not allowed.
