  • Average experience time is approximately 90 minutes.
  • An early bird price is available for admission during specific times: from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM and after 9:30 PM. These time slots are typically less crowded, enhancing the overall experience.
  • Last admission at 10:00 PM (Mon - Thu) or at 11:00 PM (Fri - Sun and holidays). Closes at 11:00 PM(Mon - Thu) or at 12:00 AM  (Fri - Sun and holidays)  
  • Infants under 4 years (48 months) old and People of Determination (POD) are admitted free of charge, and those eligible for special pricing such as children, senior citizens, and People of Determination are admitted upon verification of ID.
    If special pricing ticket is purchased by a person who is not eligible, it won't be exchanged or refunded, and the admission may be denied.
  • Children below the age of 13 are not permitted to enter the exhibition without an adult companion.
  • Guests who have purchased an 'admission only' ticket can access the TEA BAR for an additional fee of AED 25 per person at the main entrance lobby area.
  • Special pricing cannot be combined or doubled.  
  • 5% VAT is included in the above rates.  
  • VIP tickets encompass: An Admission ticket with TEA BAR access, personalized docent-led tour, and the entry to the VIP lounge for relaxation. 

    Additional amenities include complimentary bottled or canned water, priority admission with a VIP Pass, and two souvenirs valued at AED 150, reflecting the actual prices of souvenirs available.
