- Last admission at 09:00 PM (Mon - Sun and holidays) Closes at 10:00 PM (Mon - Sun and holidays)
- Infants under 3 years old and People of Determination (POD) are admitted free of charge, and those eligible for special pricing such as children, senior citizens, and People of Determination are admitted upon verification of ID.
- If special pricing ticket is purchased by a person who is not eligible, it won't be exchanged or refunded, and the admission may be denied.
- Children below the age of 13 are not permitted to enter the exhibition without an adult companion.
- Guests who have purchased an 'admission only' ticket can access the TEA BAR for an additional fee of AED 25 per person at the main entrance lobby area.
- 5% VAT is included in the above rates.
- VIP tickets encompass TEA BAR access, personalized docent-led tour, and the entry to the VIP lounge for relaxation.
